We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to support a high-impact, time-bound engagement focused on enhancing and optimizing our CRM processes.
Scope of Work
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design and implement improvements across the following areas:
- Workflow automation and process optimization
- Lead Module enhancement (lead lifecycle, routing, and tracking)
- Definition and implementation of Reason Codes
- Activity Tracking and Task management improvements
- Dashboard creation and performance visibility
- Sales Forecasting enhancements
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current Salesforce workflows and recommend improvements aligned with business goals
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
- Build and optimize Flows, Apex triggers, and Lightning components where required
- Configure and enhance lead management processes, activity tracking, and task workflows
- Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making and forecasting
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Ensure timely delivery within a compressed project timeline
Qualifications
Required Experience Skills
- 4-5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, workflows, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL
- Proven experience in lead lifecycle management and CRM process optimization
- Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and forecasting
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Additional Preferences
- Salesforce PD1 certification
- Prior experience in short-term consulting or transformation projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
