Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Module Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce testing, particularly within the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) environment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a quality and compliance mindset, capable of ensuring the accuracy and functionality of client-facing features.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive testing of Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, record types, layouts, permissions, Flows, validation rules, and basic Apex-driven behavior.
• Validate the Financial Services Cloud data model, ensuring accurate relationships and configurations for Accounts, Contacts, Households, and Financial Accounts.
• Perform validation of Data Streams, DLO/DMO mappings, identity resolution outputs, and activated data within Salesforce.
• Test API-based integrations, including REST/SOAP, Salesforce connectors, and external ID upserts, while managing error handling and reprocessing.
• Utilize strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation against upstream sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites, while logging defects and managing retesting processes.
• Define and implement test strategies for multi-pod or large programs, ensuring comprehensive coverage and quality assurance.
• Understand and manage Salesforce environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod), conducting smoke and regression testing post-deployment.
• Maintain familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, and SFDX to streamline testing processes.
• Exhibit a strong quality and compliance mindset, focusing on data accuracy, usability, and functional correctness, particularly in regulated environments.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Salesforce Core Testing, including configurations, Flows, and validation rules.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations and data model validation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, including validation of Data Streams and identity resolution.
• Experience in Integration Testing, particularly with API-based integrations and middleware like MuleSoft.
• Advanced SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
• Proven ability to create and execute test plans and manage defect logging.
• Familiarity with Salesforce environments and DevOps tools.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance in regulated environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of LWC behavior and component-level validation.
• Experience tuning or testing identity resolution rulesets and survivorship logic.
• Exposure to regulated environments, particularly in banking and compliance.
• Knowledge of Salesforce - Omnistudio (Deal Breaker Skill).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Salesforce testing or quality assurance are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
