Job Description –
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce only.
- Must have hands on experience of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud with at least 1 project implementations in each of these clouds end to end.
- Proficient in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and familiar with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others), REST & SOAP APIs, Governor limits, GIT repositories, SSO, OAuth 2.0 integrations, Oops Concepts.
- Should have experience of standard Salesforce OOB and customization experience, unit testing, peer revises, best coding practices
- Should be well versed in Development and Deployment lifecycle with knowledge of code quality tools and CICD tools.
- Must have knowledge of Salesforce release cycle and should be well updated with recent feature released.
- Exposure to retail and consumer goods domain is nice to have
- Must have Service Cloud, Experience Cloud certifications
Salesforce Vlocity Developer --
Experience - 5-10 yrs
Salesforce velocity with strong hands-on experience in EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) or CPQ (Configure Price Quote), or OM (Order Management). The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end solution development, configuration, and support in telecom/industry cloud environments.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / OmniStudio)
- Hands-on expertise in either of below skills:
- EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)
- Vlocity/Industries CPQ
- Order Management (OM)
- Strong development experience in:
- Apex, SOQL
- LWC / Aura (basic awareness or hands-on)
- Working knowledge of:
- Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors
- Experience in REST/SOAP integrations
- Understanding of product lifecycle, catalog modeling, pricing & configuration
Salesforce Apttus Engineer
Experience: 5-10 Years
Mandatory- Conga CPQ salesforce + LWC+ Apex+ Integration
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Apttus, including configuration and customization.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and its integration with Apttus.
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
- Certifications related to Salesforce or Apttus are a plus.
