Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Consultant with 5+ years of experience to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical expertise across Salesforce platforms and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Configure and customize Salesforce Clouds
• Design and implement workflows, validation rules, and automation (Flows, Process Builder)
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams
• Perform data migration, data cleansing, and integration activities
• Support deployments and manage release processes
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and user training
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to CI/CD and version control tools (Git)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting/implementation
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning Experience
• Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (preferred)
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Familiarity with data tools (Data Loader, reports, dashboards)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
