Salesforce Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Implement and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce modules as required.
• Design and execute Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet business needs.
• Work on data migration, data quality, and data management activities within Salesforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and other enterprise systems using APIs, REST, SOAP, and middleware tools.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, security, and platform governance.
• Support end-users with issue resolution, training, and adoption of Salesforce functionalities.
• Collaborate with developers for customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Flows.
• Assist in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support of Salesforce projects.

Job Requirements

• 58 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and Salesforce customization.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and approval processes.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
• Understanding of data migration, data management, and Salesforce best practices.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Consultant (preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
