Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Salesforce configurations, Development, creating lightning components, and data migration.
- Write and execute data extraction scripts from the source Salesforce org, transforming contract records, attachments, and related objects into the target org schema using tools like Data loader or third-party migration tools.
- Build and maintain detailed field mapping specifications and migration scripts that handle data type mismatches, picklist value alignment, lookup re-parenting, and relationship preservation across both orgs.
- Execute hands-on configuration of Conga CLM in the target org including template setup, merge field mapping, workflow rule builds, and document generation testing under the architect's solution design.
- Develop automated reconciliation scripts that compare source and target record counts, field values, and document attachments for post-migration, flagging discrepancies for review and producing audit-ready migration reports.
