As we continue to expand our global delivery capabilities, we are looking for experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Technical Architects to join our growing India team on a part-time and fully remote basis.
Role Overview
- We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in designing scalable enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform with an emphasis on Commerce Cloud and Revenue Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead technical architecture discussions, guide development teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of complex Salesforce implementations.
- This role requires strong technical leadership, solution design expertise, and the ability to work directly with clients in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Commerce Cloud and Revenue Cloud, and custom platform implementations
- Lead end-to-end technical solution design and integration architecture
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Define best practices for coding, security, governance, CI/CD, integrations, and deployment strategies
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and third-party applications
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform limits, security standards, and enterprise architecture principles
- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and technical discovery sessions when required
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce architecture and development
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
- Extensive experience designing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions for Commerce Cloud and Revenue Cloud
- Experience with integrations, middleware platforms, and external systems
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing architecture, and governor limits
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications preferred
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a strong plus
- Experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Nonprofit Cloud implementations is advantageous
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams
