Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable eCommerce solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SFCC B2C architecture, storefront development, integrations, and performance optimization, working closely with architects, functional teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital commerce experiences.
Roles &Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) storefront applications.
- Implement features using SFCC reference architecture and best practices.
- Develop and maintain ISML templates, controllers, pipelines, and cartridges.
- Implement custom business logic using JavaScript (Server-Side JavaScript).
- Configure and manage catalogs, products, promotions, pricing, and search rules.
- Integrate SFCC with external systems such as:
- Payment gateways
- OMS
- ERP systems
- CRM platforms
- Implement REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
- Optimize storefront performance, page load times, and scalability.
- Support code deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support during releases.
- Collaborate with UX teams to implement responsive storefront experiences.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce)development.
- Strong experience with:
- ISML templates
- Server-Side JavaScript
- Controllers and pipelines
- SFCC cartridges
- Experience with SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture).
- Knowledge of:
- HTML5
- CSS
- JavaScript
- JSON
- Experience with Commerce Cloud Business Manager configuration.
- Understanding of eCommerce concepts:
- Product catalogues
- Pricing
- Promotions
- Checkout flows
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Certification.
- Experience implementing headless commerce architecture.
- Experience with payment integrations and third-party services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem integrations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good To Have
- Experience with OCAPI / SCAPI integrations.
- Experience with performance tuning and caching strategies.
- Knowledge of PWA / headless storefront implementations.
- Exposure to multi-site and multi-currency commerce implementations.
