Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions
Customize and enhance B2B Commerce features including products, pricing, catalogs, and promotions
Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce with ERP, CRM, and other business systems
Ensure data integrity and manage data synchronization across platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve integration or data-related issues
Provide user training and ongoing support to internal teams
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs
Continuously optimize platform performance and user experience
