• Proven design experience with the ability to explain complex systems interactions
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with client-facing experience

Salesforce

• Hands-on Experience Cloud implementation experience (Required)
• Experience in Sales Cloud (Telco domain preferred)
• Strong proficiency in APEX, Flows, configuration, and administration
• Experience with SOQL query writing and optimization
• Sound understanding of data access and sharing rules (security model)
• Proficient in Git and Deployment using SFDX
• Experience with Salesforce integrations

Certifications Preferred

• Experience Cloud Certification
• Platform Developer I (PD1)
• Platform Developer II (PD2) (Good to have)
• Vlocity (SFI)

Nice to Have

• Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
• Experience in Communications Cloud
• Knowledge of Vlocity (SFI) CPQ
