Requirements
Salesforce Technical-Functional Consultant specializing in Consumer Goods Cloud, design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions for Consumer Goods, FMCG, and Retail clients.
Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating functional requirements into scalable, compliant Salesforce solutions across the full project lifecycle—from discovery to post-go-live support.
Participate in discovery, design, and refinement workshops with business stakeholders (Sales, Trade Marketing, Field Sales, Category Management)
Analyze and document business requirements for Consumer Goods Cloud use cases such as customer hierarchy, assortment management, visit planning and execution, retail execution, order capture, promotions, and KPI reporting
Define functional specifications aligned with Salesforce best practices
Drive business process optimization and support user adoption
