Requirements

  • Salesforce Technical-Functional Consultant specializing in Consumer Goods Cloud, design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions for Consumer Goods, FMCG, and Retail clients.
  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating functional requirements into scalable, compliant Salesforce solutions across the full project lifecycle—from discovery to post-go-live support.
  • Participate in discovery, design, and refinement workshops with business stakeholders (Sales, Trade Marketing, Field Sales, Category Management)
  • Analyze and document business requirements for Consumer Goods Cloud use cases such as customer hierarchy, assortment management, visit planning and execution, retail execution, order capture, promotions, and KPI reporting
  • Define functional specifications aligned with Salesforce best practices
  • Drive business process optimization and support user adoption
  • Configure Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (data model, workflows, permissions, and automation)
  • Contribute to technical design for custom developments, integrations, and automation
  • Collaborate with developers and architects on Apex, Flows, validations, and integrations with ERP, PLM, middleware, and external systems
  • Support data migration, data quality initiatives, and testing activities (functional testing, UAT)
  • Assist in deployment planning and execution
  • Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Support effort estimation, solution sizing, and backlog refinement
  • Participate in project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Provide post-go-live support and contribute to continuous improvement during support (TMA/RUN) phases
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Hands-on experience or strong exposure to Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools (Flows, Approval Processes)
  • Experience in Consumer Goods, FMCG, Retail, or Luxury industries
  • Strong understanding of field sales processes, retail execution, assortments, promotions, and analytics
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective functional solutionsGood understanding of Salesforce customization and integration patterns
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams on development and architecture topics
  • Comfortable working with data models, data migration, and reporting
  • Exposure to mobile solutions is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
  • Comfortable working in global, multi-cultural settings
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Additional languages such as French are a plus
