Job Title: Salesforce Certinia Lead Developer (PSA)

Experience: 8+ years overall, 3+ years on Certinia (FinancialForce)

Location: Remote

Work timings: IST

About the role: We are looking for a hands-on Lead Developer to own the technical design and delivery of

Certinia solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will set engineering standards, and work closely with

finance and services stakeholders to turn complex business processes into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and lead development of Certinia solutions (PSA, Financials, Billing, Revenue Management) on Salesforce

- Translate business requirements into technical designs, estimates, and delivery plans

- Build and review Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations

- Extend and customize Certinia using its APIs, extension points, and managed-package best practices

- Design and deliver integrations with ERP , CRM, billing, and HR systems (REST/SOAP , middleware)

- Own code quality: code reviews, branching strategy, CI/CD, test coverage, and release governance

- Mentor developers and provide technical direction in sprint planning and refinement

- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and performance tuning

- Partner with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure solutions meet audit and finance-compliance needs

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of Salesforce development, with 3+ years of hands-on Certinia experience

Strong command of Apex (including asynchronous patterns), SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce Flow

- Working knowledge of at least two Certinia products, with a solid grasp of finance concepts (GL,

AR/AP , project accounting, revenue recognition, billing)

- Proven experience designing integrations and managing large-volume data

- Experience with Git-based version control, CI/CD (e.g., Salesforce DX, Copado, or GitHub Actions), and sandbox management

- Demonstrated experience leading developers and delivering enterprise-scale projects

- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II; Certinia PSA, FFA, or Billing certifications;

Application/System Architect is a plus
