We are looking for job title : Salesforce Center of Excellence Architect
You'll create impact by
- Defining and evolving the enterprise Salesforce architecture, ensuring it aligns with business strategy, enterprise systems, and longterm scalability goals.
- Crafting and leading endtoend Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Analytics Cloud.
- Establishing architectural standards, governance, and procedures within the Salesforce Center of Perfection (CoE) to ensure secure, highperforming, and scalable implementations.
- Reviewing and guiding Salesforce solutions to ensure architectural compliance, handle technical debt, and reduce complexity across a multiorg environment.
- Defining integration and data strategies, enabling flawless connectivity between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as ERP, data platforms, and marketing tools.
- Partnering with business and technical participants to translate sophisticated business requirements into clear, effective, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement, staying ahead of with Salesforce releases and new technologies, while mentoring teams and promoting standard processes across the organization.
You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of handson experience with Salesforce, designing and implementing enterprisescale solutions across multiple clouds in large, multiorg environments.
- Strong architectural leadership and governance experience, including defining roadmaps, standards, and conducting develop reviews within a Salesforce CoE or similar structure.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce integrations and data architecture, using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft, alongside solid experience in data modeling, migration, and governance.
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce development and configuration standard processes, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative tools, and Agile delivery methods.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively in English with C-level participants is critical, enabling clear articulation of technical concepts, business value, and transformation roadmaps.
- A proactive, growthoriented approach, with demonstrated leadership, mentoring capabilities, and the ability to perform optimally in a fastpaced, global environment.
- Salesforce architectlevel certifications (Application Architect and/or System Architect) are strongly preferred.
