Salesforce CDP Consultant

Roles and responsibilities

Candidates with experience on Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) Developer to design, build, and optimize customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating customer data from multiple sources, creating unified customer profiles, enabling audience segmentation, and supporting personalized customer engagement across marketing, sales, commerce, and service channels.

Salesforce CDP Consultant

Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to support customer data unification and activation.

Configure Data Cloud objects, data streams, identity resolution rules, and calculated insights.

Develop and maintain customer 360 profiles across multiple channels and systems.

Configure data ingestion from CRM, marketing, commerce, service, and external enterprise systems.

Build integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and source systems using APIs, ETL tools, MuleSoft, Informatica, or other middleware platforms.

Create audience segments for marketing, sales, and customer experience use cases.

Participate in solution architecture and design workshops.

Translate business requirements into scalable Data Cloud solutions.

Collaborate with architects, data engineers, marketers, business analysts, and Salesforce consultants.

Prior Experience:

The candidate must have relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4.

Experience & Background

5+ years of experience in consulting or any other offshore-onshore coordinated work

Strong SQL skills.

Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP).

Data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

ETL/ELT development experience.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Understanding of customer data management and identity stitching.

Manage end-to-end delivery for projects

Extensive experience working with global clients
