Job Description

We are hiring a Salesforce ServiceMax Business Analyst to drive digital transformation initiatives across service operations. This role involves working on end-to-end service lifecycle processes and collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a solution expert for ServiceMax and Salesforce-based service platforms
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions
  • Manage end-to-end service processes including:
  • Service Sales & Customer Support
  • Service Contracts & Offer Management
  • Work Order Management, Dispatching & Scheduling
  • Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
  • Support continuous improvement and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in ServiceMax (Mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform
  • Experience in Business Analysis within service domain
  • Knowledge of Field Service Management processes
  • Exposure to ERP integrations (SAP / Oracle)
