Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, hands-on Salesforce experience, and a passion for delivering scalable CRM solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and current workflows.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and Salesforce solution designs.
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators and developers to configure Salesforce objects, automation (Flows/Workflows), validation rules, and dashboards.
  • Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate workshops, system demonstrations, and user training sessions as a liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Monitor and ensure data integrity, assist in Salesforce integrations, and manage user roles, access, and security settings.
  • Document processes, maintain system knowledge bases, and support end-user adoption.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of overall Business Analyst experience, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud functionalities.
  • Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations within Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation (Flows, Workflows), data models, and field-level security.
  • Excellent analytical and business process modeling skills.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, AppExchange products, and third-party tools.
