Senior/ Lead Salesforce Business Analyst & Scrum Master

Experience Range - 4 to 8 years

Role Purpose

The Salesforce Business Analyst & Scrum Master plays a dual role: gathering and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions while facilitating Agile delivery through effective Scrum practices. This role ensures alignment between business needs and technical implementation, drives continuous improvement, and supports the Salesforce team with administrative expertise.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and administrative capabilities.

Experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum facilitation.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps for backlog management.

Salesforce Certified Associate or Administrator certification (preferred).
