Job Summary
Revuteck is looking for an experiencedSalesforce Business Analystto join our team inThane, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, designing and configuring Salesforce solutions, and managing projects. This role requires a strong understanding ofSalesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ, along with experience in Agile methodologies and integration with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders toanalyze and document business requirements.
- Designscalable Salesforce solutionsincluding workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
- Manage Salesforce projects, includingrequirement gathering, planning, execution, and testing.
- Develop and maintainSalesforce solution documentation, including process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
- Ensure CRM best practices are followed to align with the businesss overall strategy.
- Define arequirements management strategy, including elicitation processes, documentation standards, and review procedures.
- Participate inAgile Scrum processes, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Assist the Product Owner in defining priorities and selecting scope for upcoming releases.
- Ensure all project requirements are within theStatement of Work (SOW)and communicate any scope changes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implementSalesforce integrations with other enterprise applications.
- Provideuser training and supportto ensure smooth adoption and usage of Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experienceworking as aSalesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong expertise inSales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience withrequirement gathering, process modeling, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Hands-on experience withSalesforce configuration, declarative automation, and custom workflows.
- Knowledge ofdata migration tools, APIs, and integration platformssuch as MuleSoft, Data Loader, and ETL tools.
- Experience withAgile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, DevOps)and project management tools likeJira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
- SalesforceAdministrator (ADM 201) or Business Analyst Certificationis a plus.
