We are hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a Salesforce transformation program in Singapore.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Functional Consultant.
• Experience in Financial Services is mandatory, including Asset Management, Investment Management, Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience configuring Salesforce using:
• Custom Objects
• Custom Fields
• Page Layouts
• Flows (Flow Builder)
• Validation Rules
• Reports & Dashboards
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience supporting UAT, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with Salesforce data management and integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, SOQL, Apex, Data Loader, or ETL/integration tools.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to support business processes.
• Build reports and dashboards for business users.
• Support Salesforce data integration and data quality initiatives.
• Prepare functional documentation and support UAT.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Salesforce enhancements.

• You have only Salesforce Developer experience without Business Analyst or functional configuration responsibilities.
• Your Salesforce experience is limited to Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CRM support without strong Sales Cloud experience.
• You do not have experience in Financial Services (Asset Management, Investment Management, Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance).
• You have less than 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
