Myridius is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst who can bridge business requirements with Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, hands-on Salesforce knowledge, and the ability to drive projects independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers for solution design and implementation.
- Conduct requirement discussions, workshops, demos, and UAT sessions.
- Support Salesforce configuration activities during requirement gathering and solutioning phases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Prepare project documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Ensure successful delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with minimum 3+ years as Salesforce BA.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations such as workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage client discussions and project deliverables.
- Experience in Agile methodology and UAT coordination is preferred.
Preferred
- Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.
- Prior consulting/client-facing experience preferred.
