Salesforce Business Analyst

Myridius is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst who can bridge business requirements with Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, hands-on Salesforce knowledge, and the ability to drive projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers for solution design and implementation.
• Conduct requirement discussions, workshops, demos, and UAT sessions.
• Support Salesforce configuration activities during requirement gathering and solutioning phases.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Prepare project documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Ensure successful delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with minimum 3+ years as Salesforce BA.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and business processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations such as workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage client discussions and project deliverables.
• Experience in Agile methodology and UAT coordination is preferred.

Preferred

• Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.
• Prior consulting/client-facing experience preferred.
