At mindZvue, Salesforce Business Analysts play a critical role in transforming business challenges into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and customers to ensure that every solution delivers measurable business value.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business processes, workflows, and system interactions across departments and applications.

• Engage with stakeholders and end-users to gather, analyze, and document:

• Business requirements

• Functional requirements

• High-level technical specifications

• Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation for internal and external teams.

• Collaborate with Salesforce delivery teams to create:

• Business requirement documents (BRDs)

• Functional specification documents (FSDs)

• Process flows, data models, and solution diagrams

• Support configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform, including:

• Custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation

• Assist in UAT planning and execution, including:

• Test case creation

• End-user testing

• Validation and sign-off

• Monitor newly implemented or enhanced solutions to ensure they meet business expectations.

• Contribute to the creation of training materials and enablement documentation.

• Perform data analysis and validation across Salesforce and integrated systems.

• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

• Support multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivery timelines.

  
  
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering or configuring Salesforce environments (preferred).

• Experience working on small to mid-scale Salesforce implementations.

  
  

Functional & Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices.

• Experience with:

• Business process mapping and documentation

• Requirement elicitation and stakeholder workshops

• Proficiency in tools such as:

• MS Excel (formulas & analysis)

• Visio / Lucidchart

• PowerPoint

• Jira

• Miro

• SQL & relational databases (basic to intermediate)

• Exposure to integrations, Web Services, and APIs is a plus.

• Ability to multitask across projects and follow through to closure.

  
  

Consulting & Communication

• Prior external consulting or CRM consulting experience is highly preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  
  

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification

• Other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
