Salesforce Business Analyst

Job location : Bangalore/ Noida/ Coimbatore

As a Salesforce Business Analyst (BA), your role acts as the vital bridge between client needs and technical execution.

Your responsibilities span the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring that the final product delivers actual business value.

You will have the below responsibilities -

1. Conduct design sessions with clients and document the business/ functional/ non-functional requirements in a design document.

2. Validate the design document with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the business requirements.

3. Create user stories for each requirement mentioned in the design document.

4. Ensure traceability of requirements from inception to implementation.

5. Groom the user stories and support developers and testers with clarifications.

6. Validate test scripts before the testing team begins their testing.

7. Business function testing before release to customers.

8. Support UAT sessions. Perform modular demos to Client during pre-UAT phase and clarify doubts raising during the UAT.

9. Training material preparation (including user guides and videos (if any)).

10. Conduct end user training.

11. Manage client interactions from initiations to project go live and support.

12. Prepare support documentation and handover to Support team.
