Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) to work closely with business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team to deliver scalable CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Salesforce, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Configure Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and UAT sessions.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, process flow diagrams, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams for solution delivery.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management activities.
- Ensure system enhancements align with business objectives.
- Conduct impact analysis and recommend optimized Salesforce solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support and user training.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce exposure.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Reports & Dashboards
- Workflow Rules / Flow Builder / Process Builder
- Strong knowledge of:
- Requirement gathering techniques
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- UAT coordination
- Experience in stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
- Ability to create data models and business process mapping.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Admin Certification (Preferred)
- Experience working with SaaS product companies.
- Exposure to CPQ or integration projects.
- Experience working with global enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of data security or backup domain (good to have).
