Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Salesforce Business Analyst to drive business process improvements and optimize Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are effectively translated into scalable and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
- Prepare documentation such as BRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Analyze business data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Support implementation and ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
- Assist in UAT and provide stakeholder training
