Job Description
- Salesforce CRM – Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business and client stakeholders
- Prepare detailed BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Drive requirement clarity, solution design, and functional alignment with technical teams
- Manage third-party integrations (Bureau, KYC, APIs) and ensure smooth implementation
- Lead UAT cycle – test case review, execution support, defect tracking, and sign-offs
- Handle change requests with impact analysis and proper documentation
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams
- Support production issues, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements
- Ensure quality deliverables and adherence to timelines
- Experience in a specific domain such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, etc.,
