We are looking for a Salesforce Business analyst - CPQ who will will focus on Salesforce CPQ features and be responsible for working on the Quote to Cash process within SFDC and third-party integrations. This role will require extensive hands-on Salesforce CPQ business analyst experience.

Role Summary:

As a Salesforce Business analyst - CPQ, you will play a critical role in managing and triaging CPQ, collaborating closely with US-based business and operationsteams, and working with Salesforce technical teams to design and deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.

This resource must have excellent functional and Business analyst skills to deliver a seamless client interaction while effectively working with cross-functional teams. Collaboration with the Business teams and Development teams to analyze business requirements and transform them into a requirement specification document. Ability to be flexible and proactive to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and meeting global goals successfully.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Should be able to analyze business requirements around quoting workflows (bundle configurations, product selection, pricing, quote approval workflows etc) and be able to recommend better business and systems processes Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and oversee the build activities to deliver integrated solutions from the design stage to a production deployment with a focus on SFDC best practices
  • Create and maintain detailed functional & training documentation for requirement specifications
  • Prepare & conduct end user demos for CPQ feature roll out
  • Provide system administration support of customized Salesforce applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.

Required Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and experience with Salesforce CPQ required
  • Experience with quote-to-order processes with knowledge of Product/ Bundle setup, Product rules, Price rules, Pricing, Discounting, and Quote templates
  • Experience with Web Services Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow and Assignment Rules and Advance Approvals
  • Working knowledge of SFDC integration is strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer focus with a high tolerance for ambiguity and requirement changes
  • Strong problem-solving mindset to ensure creative and logical thinking for potential solutions.
  • Ability to be flexible and proactive to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements, customer objectives, and meeting global goals successfully.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Salesforce certifications such as:

o Salesforce Administrator

o Service Cloud Consultant

o Salesforce Business Analyst

  • Experience working with US stakeholders or global teams
  • Exposure to large-scale or enterprise Salesforce implementations
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
  • Prior experience managing production support queues or L2/L3 support
