Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our client-facing delivery teams and drive end-to-end Salesforce implementations. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and ensure successful delivery across projects.

You will play a key role in business analysis, solution design, and delivery execution, while contributing to reusable frameworks and best practices within our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

  • Conduct discovery sessions and business process workshops with stakeholders

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

  • Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria, assumptions, and priorities

  • Evaluate solution options, trade-offs, and recommend best-fit approaches


Solution Design & Implementation

  • Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable Salesforce solutions

  • Contribute to functional specifications, solution design documents, and architecture discussions

  • Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (flows, validation rules, automation)

  • Support data migration and integration efforts across systems


Delivery & Execution

  • Manage backlogs, sprint planning, and user story refinement in Agile environments

  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including planning, execution, and reporting

  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions


Collaboration & Enablement

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Salesforce, data, and integration layers

  • Develop documentation, training materials, and end-user enablement plans



Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant

  • Strong experience with:

    • Salesforce Platform

    • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud

    • Advanced configuration (flows, automation, security models)

  • Experience with:

    • Data modeling and data migration

    • User story creation and Agile delivery frameworks

    • Integration concepts (APIs, middleware working knowledge)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments

  • Familiarity with:

    • Apex, Lightning Components (LWC) from a design perspective

    • Enterprise Salesforce implementations and integrations

  • Agile certifications

  • Advanced Salesforce certifications
