Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Business Analyst + Admin with 5–7 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in stakeholder interactions, and hands-on experience in Salesforce administration along with business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into Salesforce functional solutions
- Configure and manage Salesforce (workflows, flows, reports, dashboards)
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams
- Conduct user training, UAT support, and documentation
- Ensure data quality, security, and system performance
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Salesforce platform
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst and Salesforce Admin
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
- Good understanding of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident personality with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT
Mandatory Skills:
- Salesforce Admin , Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience in Apex / integrations (good to have)
