Responsibilities :
Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud to optimize e-commerce functionalities and improve user experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce Commerce Cloud with existing systems.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for effective solution design.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions making necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and industry trends.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on Salesforce Commerce Cloud capabilities and best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all development activities.
Contribute to the strategic planning of digital transformation projects aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
Utilize domain skills in transformation and PMO&PRGRM management to streamline project execution and delivery.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and solutions that enhance the companys digital presence and customer engagement.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code standards. Qualifications -
Possess extensive experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud demonstrating a strong understanding of its functionalities and applications.
Have a solid background in digital transformation showcasing the ability to lead initiatives that drive business growth.
Exhibit proficiency in PMO&PRGRM management ensuring efficient project execution and resource allocation.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Show strong communication skills capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
