Role- Salesforce B2B Commerce Lead

Responsibilities-
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce eB2B (B2B Commerce) solutions, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance) to translate business requirements into scalable commerce and integration solutions.
- Define integration architecture leveraging APIs, middleware, and event-based patterns to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure alignment of eB2B capabilities with ERP-driven processes such as order management, invoicing, fulfillment, and returns.
- Oversee data synchronization across systems, including customer master, product catalog, pricing, contracts, and order status.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, integration teams, and SAP/DMS teams to drive timely and high-quality delivery.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and integration bottlenecks, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support UAT, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare for eB2B implementations.
Requirements-
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce B2B Commerce (eB2B) solutions.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP and/or Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Solid understanding of B2B commerce processes: pricing, contracts, catalogs, orders, fulfillment, and invoicing.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or dealer-driven business models.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across business and IT teams.
- Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise landscapes.
Good to Have-
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in conjunction with eB2B.
- Exposure to middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, CPI, Boomi).
- Any Salesforce certifications.
