About the Role

SFCC B2B Lightning Technical Expertise. Deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B architecture, Lightning components, and platform capabilities for troubleshooting, enhancements, and customizations.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of B2B commerce workflows, order management, and supply chain processes to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Lead the team towards success Guide and manage the technical outcome of the team.
  • Conduct daily internal stand up and also lead the customer stand up.
  • Represent the team in front of customer.
  • Apex & Lightning Web Components Development.
  • Strong coding skills in Apex and Lightning Web Components to build, optimize, and maintain scalable solutions within SFCC B2B environments.
  • Integration Skills - Experience integrating SFCC with ERP, payment gateways, third-party systems, and REST/SOAP APIs for seamless business operations.
  • Problem-Solving & Debugging - Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high system reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Enhancement & Release Management - Experience managing enhancement requests, release cycles, and deployments using tools like Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Customer Communication & Stakeholder Management - Exceptional communication skills to understand customer needs, explain technical concepts, and manage expectations with demanding clients.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability - Willingness to adjust priorities, work hours, and approaches to meet evolving customer requirements and urgent support needs.
