Requirements
The Salesforce B2B/B2C Professional is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to support end-to-end B2B business processes, including sales automation, partner management, lead lifecycle management, account management, and B2B/B2C commerce.
This role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to enhance revenue operations and business efficiency.
Design and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions for B2B/B2C organizations
Configure and manage Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Quote-to-Cash processes
Implement and support B2B Commerce using Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud
Automate business workflows using Flows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules
Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications
Develop reports, dashboards, and sales analytics to support decision-making
Support CPQ processes including pricing rules, discounting, renewals, and approvals
Manage data quality, security models, role hierarchies, and access controls
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
Provide UAT support, user training, and postgo-live assistance
