Salesforce Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases for Salesforce applications, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Provar, Katalon, Apex Test Framework, and TestNG.
• Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, identify defects, and report them using bug tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
• Conduct Salesforce-specific testing, covering configurations, customizations, workflows, validation rules, triggers, Apex code, and integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and product owners to understand requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure thorough test coverage.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks, test data management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote best practices to ensure the quality of Salesforce releases.
