We are looking for a Salesforce Automation Tester -Marketing cloud + Copado using Copado, ensuring quality through automated and manual validation processes. The role also requires a consultative mindset to help improve test pass rates by optimizing automation design and QA processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 10 years focused on Salesforce and 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado.
- Lead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
- Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT) and complete remaining automation backlog
- Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications
- Analyse and improve test stability and pass rates
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the existing QA team
- Act as an extension of the client's QA automation team
- Strong hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)
- Proven experience in migrating test cases to Copado Automation.
- Experience improving automation test pass rates and stability and drive towards this.
- Exposure to Salesforce Platform and having done testing for applications built on the same.
- Ability to provide consulting-led process optimization.
- Prior Selenium automation experience.
- Test data management for Salesforce.
- Agile/Scrum QA delivery experience.
