Proficient in Apex validation, SOQL data querying, and integrating testing suites into Agile/DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Proven track record of collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases through rigorous Functional, API, and Regression testing.

• Salesforce Mastery: Deep understanding of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, including Custom Objects, Validation Rules, and Flows.
• Technical Testing: Advanced proficiency in Apex testing (Triggers, Classes, Batch Jobs) and writing SOQL/SOSL queries for data validation.
• Automation & DevOps: Expert in Selenium/Playwright framework development and integration with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Data Management: Skilled in complex data migrations and validation using Data Loader and Workbench.
• Test Lifecycle: Full-cycle management of Test Plans and Scenarios using Jira, Xray, and Zephyr in Agile/Scrum environments.

• QA Strategy & Planning: Define and execute end-to-end QA strategies and test plans for complex Salesforce implementations across multiple Clouds.
• Automation Framework Development: Build and maintain scalable automation scripts using Playwright/Selenium, reducing manual regression efforts by [X]%.
