Hourly: $20–$30/hour (depending on experience and fit)
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Automation & Integration Expert to join our team and provide consultation and implementation support for client projects.
The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Salesforce automation, CRM optimization, and third-party integrations, along with strong client communication and consulting skills.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand business workflows and CRM requirements
- Design and implement Salesforce automation solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools, platforms, and APIs
- Optimize existing Salesforce setups and processes
- Recommend scalable CRM and automation best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams on client delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce automation and workflow design
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based systems
- Ability to independently handle client consultations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with remote/distributed teams
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Flow / Process Builder
- API integrations
- Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Slack, ERP/accounting integrations, or similar tools
- Apex/custom Salesforce development experience is a plus
- CRM architecture and process optimization experience
