Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce ARM Admin to manage and support Salesforce Agentforce and Revenue Management (Revenue Cloud) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring AI-driven agents, maintaining revenue management workflows, and ensuring the smooth functioning of quote-to-cash processes across the organization.
This role requires strong experience in Salesforce administration, CPQ/Billing solutions, automation configuration, and AI-powered Salesforce capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein.
Key Responsibilities
Agentforce & AI Administration
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Agentforce agents, actions, workflows, and guardrails.
- Support AI-driven agent use cases across sales, service, and revenue operations.
- Monitor Agentforce performance, accuracy, and adoption across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, security policies, and data access controls.
- Troubleshoot Agentforce automation issues and agent execution failures.
Revenue Management & Quote-to-Cash
- Administer Salesforce Revenue Management / Revenue Cloud solutions including RLM, CPQ, Billing, and Contracts.
- Configure products, pricing models, discount structures, entitlements, and revenue schedules.
- Manage quote-to-cash workflows, including quoting, ordering, invoicing, and renewals.
- Support revenue recognition processes and integrations with ERP or finance systems.
- Maintain contract lifecycle management and subscription-based billing models.
Salesforce Administration & Automation
- Configure and maintain Salesforce automation including Flows, approval processes, and validation rules.
- Participate in release planning, testing, and deployment activities related to Agentforce and revenue features.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation for AI and revenue-related enhancements.
- Maintain documentation including SOPs, process documentation, and audit artifacts.
- Stay updated with Salesforce seasonal releases and roadmap updates related to Agentforce and Revenue Cloud.
Mandatory Skills
- Salesforce Agentforce configuration and administration
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Revenue Management
- Salesforce CPQ and Billing administration
- Experience with Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle management
- Salesforce automation configuration (Flow, approval processes, validation rules)
- Experience supporting AI-powered Salesforce tools (Agentforce / Einstein AI)
- Strong troubleshooting and system optimization skills
