Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsleveragingSalesforce CRM.
Design and architect a scalable and flexible Salesforce-based CRM solution tailored to the specific needs of the Wealth Technology platform.
Lead the implementation of Salesforce features and functionalities, including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, process builder, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
Integrate Salesforce CRM with existing systems and third-party applications, such as the portfolio management system, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
Provide technical guidance andexpertiseto development teams, ensuring best practices and adherence to architectural standards.
Conduct regular code reviews and performance optimizations tomaintaina high levelof code quality and system efficiency.
Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce technologies and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the Salesforce solution based on evolving business needs.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in architecting Salesforce-based solutions.
Proventrack recordof designing and implementing complex Salesforce CRM solutions for enterprise-level applications.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including but not limited to Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration techniques, such as REST, SOAP, and Salesforce Connect.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Good To have skills:

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
Experience working with Wealth Technology platforms, or trading applications.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD-I)
