Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integration architectures that align with business and technical requirements.
  • Define integration strategies, patterns, and best practices using industry-leading tools and frameworks.
  • Develop and oversee API strategies, including API-led connectivity and microservices architecture.
  • Provide technical leadership in middleware, enterprise service bus (ESB), and event-driven architectures.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand integration needs and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, security, and governance of integration solutions.
  • Conduct assessments of existing integration landscapes and recommend improvements.
  • Lead and mentor development teams in implementing integration solutions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging integration technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in integration architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Expertise in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apigee, IBM API Connect, Tibco, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of API management, RESTful & SOAP web services, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with middleware, ESB, and messaging solutions (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid integration approaches.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and standards, including OAuth, JWT, SAML, and SSL/TLS.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
