Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture design for large-scale implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
Define integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.
Design and implement scalable data models, security models, and governance frameworks.
Review and guide development activities to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to deliver optimal solutions.
Evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and AppExchange products for potential adoption.
Drive code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment strategies in multi-org or complex environments.
Provide thought leadership and mentor Salesforce development teams.

Required Skills And Experience

12+ years of total IT experience with 5 + years of hands-on Salesforce architecture and development experience.
Proven expertise in Salesforce platform design, multi-cloud integrations, and large enterprise implementations.
Strong understanding of security, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Jenkins, or Git.
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification required; Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
