Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) & Content Management System (CMS)with strong architectural and technical leadership abilities to support our ongoing and upcoming client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple business units.

Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, data modeling, integration, and scalability.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into optimized technical solutions.

Oversee system configuration, customization, and platform governance.

Define integration strategies with external applications using APIs and middleware tools.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Drive performance optimization, data security, and compliance across Salesforce environments.

Mentor and support development teams on technical and functional aspects.

Requirements:

Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong architecture background.

Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Framework.

Salesforce Architect or Advanced Certifications preferred.

Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
