About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled 15+ years of Software Engineering Experience, working in Agile/Scrum team environment. Must have at least 8 years of experience in Salesforce Application development with LWC, Apex and JavaScript, nice to have Community Cloud, code review, deployments, technical guidance to the team, creating Desing, creating solutions REST/SOAP API development experience.

What You'll Do:
- Should have 7 to 9 years of experience in salesforce.
- Has very good knowledge of Salesforce best practices, Security Model, Platform Architecture. Expertise in Apex, Visual force and /or Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, SFDX.
- Have depth knowledge and understanding of Salesforce features:
- Custom Object, fields and Record types
- Workflow rules
- Process builder
- Approval processes
- Lightning flows
- Security Model
- Should have implementation expertise in API integrations like SOAP and REST
- Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements
- Have potential to be on client call and to provide support on a need-to basis
- Have ability to review developers code, make suggestions, responsibility of signing of the code before moving to integrated environment.
- Able to take Module ownership in following aspects Estimation, Requirement, Design, Coding, Testing, Technical Documentation, Release
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 15+ years Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Flows, APIs.
- Any CICD tool knowledge
- Ability to provide design structure of small projects or small module of any project
- Different salesforce or environment knowledge and how to refresh it from Production
- Entity and data mapping for integration process flows
- Salesforce certifications (Development + (Some) Architects)
- Knowledge of metrics SLA and operational Dashboard
- Have Service cloud consultant or PD-1 /2 active certification
