About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to drive the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for defining architecture strategy, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management.

What You'll Do:
- Define and design end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with business goals
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
- Lead and mentor development teams across multiple Salesforce projects
- Design and implement integrations with external systems (ERP, CRM, third-party apps)
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks
- Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce solutions
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution validations
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and system limitations
- Create architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and business leaders
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across Salesforce implementations
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 10 to 15+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture background
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform, data modeling, and system design
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, integrations, and APIs
- Proven experience in designing complex enterprise integrations
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect/System Architect preferred)
