Job Title: Salesforce Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to lead technical teams while aligning solutions with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture and technical solutions
- Define data models, system integrations, and architecture frameworks
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring best practices and coding standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Oversee Salesforce implementations and ensure high-quality delivery
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and security
- Design and manage integrations with third-party systems (APIs, ERP, etc.)
- Handle large data volumes and optimize system performance
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend system enhancements
Required Skills
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder)
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design
- Experience with large data volumes (LDV) and performance optimization
- Knowledge of Salesforce security model and governance
