Job Title: Salesforce ArchitectRole OverviewMak Stalwart is seeking an experiencedSalesforce Architectto lead the design, strategy, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and related Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Define the end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring solutions meet scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development teams, guiding solution design, coding standards, configuration, and integration best practices.
- Architect and implement solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and AI-powered Salesforce features.
- Lead data modeling, migration strategies, and integrations with external systems and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and Salesforce roadmaps for current and future states.
- Drive governance, code quality, and reusable frameworks across Salesforce projects.
- Contribute to pre-sales and client solutioning, including estimation, proposal inputs, and presenting architectural solutions.
- Mentor and guide developers, admins, and junior architects to build Salesforce expertise within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 14+ years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years on the Salesforce platform.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect in large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud; exposure to Data Cloud, Einstein AI/Analytics, and Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Integration APIs, and the Salesforce metadata model.
- Expertise in data migration and integration frameworks (Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging CXO-level executives.
- Salesforce Certifications preferred:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (or actively progressing towards it)
- Application/System Architect
- Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce AI Specialist
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or other industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
- Proven ability to manage large distributed teams and collaborate with offshore teams.
