Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Architect role based in Chennai. The Salesforce Architect will design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with client requirements and best practices. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end architecture for Salesforce projects, defining data models and integrations, and guiding the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical designs, overseeing development activities, and performing code and configuration reviews. The Salesforce Architect will also mentor Salesforce developers and administrators, ensure adherence to security and compliance standards, and support ongoing system enhancements and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Salesforce.com platform architecture, including multi-org strategy, data modeling, security model, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Development, including Apex, triggers, and custom objects.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining Visualforce Pages for custom user interfaces where needed.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions using Lightning Web Components and the modern Salesforce Lightning framework.
- Solid Salesforce.com Administration skills, including configuration, workflow rules, validation rules, and permission sets.
- Ability to lead technical design sessions, produce architecture artifacts, and guide teams through implementation and deployment.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer, Administrator) are highly desirable.
- 5+ years of progressive Salesforce experience, including at least 2+ years in an architect or lead role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
