Job Title: Salesforce Architect / Lead – Financial Services Cloud & Data Cloud (Mandatory)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect / Lead with strong hands-on and architectural expertise to design and deliver enterprise solutions on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Salesforce Data Cloud (mandatory). This role will drive end-to-end architecture, data strategy, and implementation across CRM, data, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define and implement end-to-end Salesforce architecture across FSC, Data Cloud, and integrations

· Translate business requirements into scalable data models, workflows, and solution designs

· Lead hands-on configuration using FSC data model and Salesforce Flow (automation-first approach)

· Design and support integration architecture (API-led, batch, event-driven) using MuleSoft/APIs

· Establish data strategy, including single source of truth, data governance, and Data Cloud-based segmentation

· Implement security and compliance, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, SSO, and MFA

· Drive automation across onboarding, servicing, and lifecycle processes

· Enable reporting and analytics using Salesforce and Data Cloud

· Manage DevOps and release processes using CI/CD tools and version control systems

· Provide technical leadership and enforce best practices, including a configuration-over-customization approach

Mandatory Skills:

· Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

· Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, including segmentation, identity resolution, and data unification

· Experience with Salesforce Flow and platform automation

· Strong understanding of data modeling and large data volumes

· Integration experience using MuleSoft or REST/SOAP APIs

· Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git)

Good to Have:

· Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

· Background in financial services or wealth management domain

· Salesforce certifications (Architect, FSC, Data Cloud)

Role Requirements:

· 8–15+ years of Salesforce experience with Architect or Lead exposure

· Ability to balance architecture and hands-on delivery

· Experience in enterprise-scale implementations

· Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
