Hands on experience with Salescloud ,Service Cloud
1) Work closely with client to understand their business and technical requirements.
2) Suggest the most suitable design and implementation approaches. Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices and governor limits
3) Ensure the quality of deliverables from a technology perspective. Work independently on assigned stories. Strong problem solving and communication skills.
4) Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Service cloud ,Salesforce API and Lightning development.
5) Strong in Apex, LWC, integrations, record types, page layout creation and assignments. Proven ability in web application integration patterns using REST/SOAP API
6) Involvement in deployment activities such as raising pull requests and coordinating reviews/approvals.
7) Actively engage in requirement gathering, well versed with agile scrum practices.Collaborate with team members and support QE team in testing
8) Knowledge of SF Experience cloud will be added advantage.
