About the Role
As a Salesforce Architect, you'll be part of a cross-functional development team that engineers the customer experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Architects: Collaborate with senior Salesforce architects to assist in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Solution Development: Participate in the development of Salesforce solutions, including customization, configuration, and system integration.
- Technical Learning: Continuously expand Salesforce expertise through training, certifications, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and design specifications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to the design of tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Testing and QA: Support testing and quality assurance to ensure data integrity, security, and functional compliance of Salesforce solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues collaboratively with the team.
Requirements
Salesforce Platform Expertise
- Proficiency in Salesforce B2B Commerce, with experience in designing and implementing multi-cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Field Service.
- Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Salesforce module integration.
Architectural Design & Integration
- Ability to create comprehensive architecture diagrams including data flows, integrations, and system interactions.
- Familiarity with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, and integration tools like Salesforce Connect or Heroku Connect.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and master data management (MDM) practices across platforms.
Project Management & Delivery
- Proficient in agile methodologies, managing user stories, iterative development, and ensuring early ROI.
- Ability to handle project risks through thorough documentation and proactive stakeholder engagement.
Salesforce Technical Architect Skills
- Technical Solution Design: Create secure, scalable, high-performance technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Implementation Oversight: Lead implementation teams in multi-cloud integrations and testing best practices.
- Certifications: Salesforce Technical Architect certification (or pursuing) demonstrating deep technical and architectural expertise.

- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders, aligning solutions with business goals.
- Adoption & ROI Tracking: Use tools like Adoption Dashboards from AppExchange to measure success and iterate based on metrics.
